About the Law Firm

I am the head of office and sole practicing attorney. The advantage to this is that your case will not be delegated to a subordinate associate.

I practiced landlord representation in San Diego before returning to the San Francisco area. In the interim, I practiced other areas of law. I believe that an attorney should not attempt to represent in several areas of law.

I have chosen to represent landlords, only, not residential tenants. Some San Francisco attorneys believe that they can represent both landlords and tenants, but that would create a tendency to diminish the dedication to representation in the unique situation in which San Francisco landlords find themselves. I also represent tenants in commercial lease matters.

I offer a free one-half hour interview in my office in which you can express your concerns and problems, and in which I can indicate potential directions. This meeting is without cost and without obligation.
